Now that you have contacted us, here is what you can expect.
Step 1
We will call you at the time you requested to discuss how we can assist you. During this conversation, we will answer any questions you may have and provide information about our company. Additionally, we will give you an initial overview of how we can deliver care that meets your needs.
Step 2
The next step is a complimentary in-home assessment. During this visit, we will come to your loved one’s home to discuss their care needs in detail. We will ask questions to better understand the individual requiring care, focusing on their personality, interests, hobbies, and cultural background. After the assessment, we will create a customized care plan for you to review.
Step 3
We will match your loved one with a caregiver who best fits their care needs and personality. On the first day, we will come to your home with the caregiver for initial introductions. You can be assured that our caregiver will have reviewed the care plan and will be ready to get started right away.
